After decades of applications and rejections, we have been finally granted permission to convert an old church in the heart of town into a masjid and community centre, open to everyone in Clitheroe regardless of faith.
Clitheroe Masjid is managed by The Medina Partnership, a UK registered Charitable Trust. Our organisation is dedicated towards ensuring the spiritual and moral well-being of all the Muslim community, raising their aspirations, and promoting a wider understanding and appreciation of the Islamic faith across all sections of the community.
